Digital products are delivered instantly by email after your purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital downloads.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Many of our physical products are custom-made and produced after your order is placed.

Some items are carefully produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners, while select gift boxes, personalized products, and handcrafted items are packed and shipped from our studio in San Francisco, California.

PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times vary by product.

• Digital Downloads: Instant delivery
• Print-on-Demand Products: Typically 2–7 business days before shipping
• Handmade Gift Boxes & Personalized Items: Typically 1–5 business days before shipping

Estimated processing times are shown on each product listing whenever possible.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and shipping method selected.

We currently ship only within the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES

After your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

REMOTE LOCATIONS

In rare cases, certain remote or unusually expensive delivery locations may require additional shipping charges that exceed our standard shipping rates.
