At The Color Box Gifts, our mission is to bring creativity, smiles, and meaningful moments to every customer. If something isn't right, please contact us. We'll always do our best to help.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the instant nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.
If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you received the wrong download, please contact us at TheColorBoxEtsy@gmail.com. We'll gladly help resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-personalized physical products.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS
Personalized, custom-made, print-on-demand, and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. We'll work quickly to make it right.
SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
In rare cases, certain remote or unusually expensive delivery locations may result in shipping costs that exceed our ability to fulfill the order. If this occurs, we will contact you before shipping and offer either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to approve the updated shipping cost.
Some products may be produced, packaged, or shipped by trusted fulfillment partners to provide the fastest and most efficient service possible.
EXCHANGES
If an eligible item needs to be exchanged, the fastest option is to place a new order after your approved return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
